There are two types of passes available:

      This pass gives you access to:

      Online film streaming platform which will host all the festival films 3 – 31 March. During the course of the festival you will be able to watch on-demand from any connected device, from any location in the world (some restrictions apply) and have 48hrs from when you start watching to complete your viewing.

      Filmmaker Q&As will be held on Zoom throughout March.

      Prices are as follows: £50 / £45 for RAI Fellows and RAI Members / £35 for Concessions (students, unemployed (including Job Seekers Allowance and Universal Credit) and retired persons aged 65+)


          1. Full Festival Pass (Online & In-person access)

        Purchase a Full Festival Pass is via this online form. On completing the form we will review your booking and then send an invoice.

        This pass gives you access to:

        Live in-person festival 22 – 25 March 2023 at Watershed (Bristol, UK). This will include film screenings in the iconic Cinema 1, plus workshops, talks, gala events and socials. (If you would like to attend the in-person events in Bristol please tick the box in the online form).

        RAI Film Festival Conference 6 – 10 March 2023.  The online academic conference will take place live on Zoom/Whova. It will include live paper presentations, workshops, roundtables, film ‘work-in-progress’ sessions and discussions.

        Filmmaker Q&As will be held on Zoom throughout March.

        Anybody wishing to attend the conference sessions and plenaries must purchase a Full Festival Pass in advance, including panel convenors, speakers and the organising committee.

        Prices are as follows:
        £150 for Non-Fellows
        £90 for RAI Fellows and RAI Members
        £45 for Concessions (students, unemployed (including Job Seekers Allowance and Universal Credit) and retired persons aged 65+)
        £30 for Delegates with low income from Low Income countries

        If you are interested in becoming a RAI Fellow or Member you can apply online. Your fellowship or membership must be paid for the current year before you can receive the reduced rate for the conference.

        Please select the correct category in the form. If you have already submitted a panel/paper, the form should recognise you once you enter your email and password. If you make a mistake, please do not resubmit, but email your amendment to admin@therai.org.uk.

        Cancellation

        Refunds of your registration fee are available up to six weeks before the conference. A 20% administration fee will be deducted.

        In the event the RAI must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, the RAI will refund the cost of registration.

        Tickets

        A limited numbers of single sale tickets will be available for films screened at the in-person festival in Bristol. A selected number of films will also be available for single sales on the online streaming platform.
